The Matrescence Project is about the profound journey into motherhood—the emotional, physical, and identity-shifting transition known as matrescence.

This project is about honouring that transformation. The quiet reckonings, the powerful awakenings, the joy, the grief, the redefinition of self. Whether or not you use the word mother to describe yourself, if you have carried, birthed, or mothered a child—this invitation is for you.
